The morning I purchased the plywood, screws and other small pieces necessary for the work. I started with dismantling the rear cockpit locker's pieces. I removed the manual bilge pump and the leewagen. this latter I do not know yet where to put.
The construction will go in three stages. First I reinforce the rear cockpit locker's forward side with a thick plywood piece which goes down all the way to the bottom. This will actually hold the

motor.
Then I construct the bottom of the well. It will be not so high, waterline + 15 cm. This is a critical part so I need good access from the top for the lamination.
Once these two is ready I can mount the engine and i will see exactly what dimensions the top of the well must have.
It will take long. Moreover tomorrow I go to Palermo for buying epoxy (the bottom of the well will be full epoxy) and my inox fittings may be ready. 0
